Terms:
Successful bidder(s) to pay 10% of the final purchase price at the auction. The balance of the purchase price will be due within 30 days at closing, on or before November 27, 2018. Successful bidder(s) will be required to sign a Memorandum of Agreement at the auction. Sellers will provide title insurance in the amount of the purchase price.
Auction Method: Tracts will only be offered individually, high bidder’s choice of either or both tracts, on a dollar per acre basis. Acre figures provided are the result of a survey and will be used to calculate the final purchase price of each tract.
Possession: Full possession will be granted upon payment in full at closing. Tracts sell free of leases or tenancies.
Taxes: 2018 real estate taxes will be paid by the Sellers. Subsequent taxes will be the responsibility of the Purchasers.
