Terms: Successful bidders will be required to sign a Purchase Agreement and make a 10% down payment at the conclusion of the auction. The balance will be due at closing on or before Monday, April, 19, 2021. Seller will provide title insurance. 2020 real estate taxes will be paid by the Seller, 2021 by the Purchaser. 

100% full possession will be granted upon closing. Tracts sell free of any leases or tenancies.
